Donors are responsible for ensuring that their gift does not jeopardize their own financial security. L’ACTION UNIE does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and donors are encouraged to consult their own professional advisers before making a contribution.

We accept financial donations such as cash and publicly traded securities. In‑kind donations of goods or services may be accepted if they directly support our programs. Other forms of gifts, including real property, personal property, non‑liquid securities, or restricted contributions, may require review before acceptance due to potential obligations or liabilities.

Transparency is essential to our work. Contributions from sources that are not clear or that impose restrictions inconsistent with our mission may be declined. Donors will receive appropriate acknowledgments that meet legal and tax requirements. For non‑cash gifts, except publicly traded securities, no monetary value will be assigned in official receipts.
